Choose from an array of tantalizing treats made from scratch—using Old World chocolate-making techniques as well as modern technologies. Each blissful bite is carefully crafted with high-quality ingredients, like fresh cream, real vanilla beans and custom chocolate blends—including a single-origin dark chocolate from the Dominican Republic.

While The Ganachery is known for its luscious ganache squares, the ever-changing menu may also include:
