Lost and Found
Fill out an online form to help locate personal items that were misplaced during your visit to Disney Springs, Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex or any Resort hotel—or while using Walt Disney World Resort transportation, including buses, monorails and watercraft.Upon submission, you’ll receive a claim number via email. A status update will be emailed within 48 hours. We understand that your missing item is important and will contact you if it’s found or further information is needed.
Dining Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended for select dining locations at Disney Springs and can be made online or via My Disney Experience. Subject to availability.A major credit card guarantee is required for reservations at certain locations. Cancellations must be made at least one day prior to the reservation date or a per-person charge may be incurred. (Charge varies by location.) Learn when advance reservations can be made.
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering
Whether you’re strolling through Disney Springs or find yourself standing directly in front of the restaurant you’d like to try, we want to make it easier for you to order, pay for and pick up fresh food. All you need is your phone and the My Disney Experience app.Here’s how it works:
- Step 1: Order and Pay Using Our App
Begin by selecting "+" and then choose “Order Food.” Pick an available location, select your arrival time and then make your selections. You can even customize certain menu items to your taste. After you’ve reviewed your details, pay for your order using a credit card, debit card, Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card, Apple Pay or Disney dining plan. - Step 2: Let Us Know When You Arrive
Once you’re at the restaurant during your designated arrival time, just select the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button so the kitchen can begin making your order. - Step 3: Pick Up Your Order
You’ll receive a notification from the app when your food is ready to be retrieved at the counter with the “Mobile Order Pick Up” sign.

Other Services
ECV, Stroller and Wheelchair Rentals
Wheelchairs, single or double strollers, and ECVs are available to rent for one day or the entire length of your stay. Here’s where you can find them:
- Sundries – Next to the Disney Springs Town Center bus loop (near Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill)
- Mobility Kiosk – At the Disney Springs Welcome Center
- Guest Shipping Station – In back of the Marketplace Co-Op building, between Once Upon a Toy and Tren-D
Daily rentals are transferable between all locations—pay just once for the entire day.

Disney PhotoPass Studio
Capture precious family memories in a professional indoor setting! Visit Disney’s PhotoPass Studios—located in the Marketplace at Disney Springs—for an impromptu digital photo shoot. Select your props, pose in front of a randomly selected backdrop and say, “Cheese!”
Disney Ticket Center
Located in Town Center near the Disney Springs Welcome Center, D-Luxe Burger and Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, the Disney Ticket Center is fully equipped to provide Guest assistance with the following:- Theme park ticket sales, upgrades and will calls (including special events)
- Annual pass sales and renewals
- Military salute ticket sales and upgrades
- Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM
Gateway to Discovery – A Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center
Drop by to experience this interactive space. On the first floor, Guests can explore Disney Vacation Club and Disney Signature Experiences destinations through digital technology, fun games and one-on-one interactions with our knowledgeable Cast Members.On the second floor, Guests and Members can set up time to learn more about Membership with a Disney Vacation Club Guide and tour a model room of Disney’s Riviera Resort. Members can also access the second floor to relax and recharge while enjoying light refreshments.

Guest Shipping Station
The Guest Shipping Station offers Guests the ability to ship their purchases home. Simply bring any purchases from Disney owned-and-operated shops to this convenient spot located in back of the Marketplace Co-Op building, between Once Upon a Toy and Tren-D. Ask a Cast Member for additional details.
Hours of Operation:
- Sunday through Thursday: noon to 11:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday: noon to 11:30 PM
Shipping service is only available for purchases with a valid receipt from a Disney owned-and-operated Walt Disney World Resort retail location.
The following items cannot be shipped:
- Guest personal items
- Items purchased from locations that are not owned and operated by Disney
- Food or beverages (including alcohol)
- Food or beverage containers including:
- Souvenir/novelty popcorn buckets
- Restaurant or Resort souvenir/novelty cups, sippers or refillable mugs
- Live plants
- Lithium batteries or items containing lithium batteries
- Perfume or cologne
- Flammable liquids or solids
- Pressurized containers
