Car
From 1-4 take Exit 67 toward EPCOT/Disney Springs. Then stay in the right lane and follow signs to Disney Springs.Bus
Relax and enjoy the ride! Bus service from Disney Springs to Disney Resort hotels is available for Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel and Guests visiting a Disney Resort hotel with a valid dining or experience reservation.- Guests may be asked to show a valid Disney Resort hotel room key, dining reservation or experience reservation to board.
- Guests with a dining or experience reservation may board the bus from Disney Springs up to 2 hours before their reservation time.
- Bus service between Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs is available during Disney Springs operating hours and ends one hour after closing.
- Bus service from theme parks to Disney Springs is not available.

Water Transportation
It’s time to set sail! The Sassagoula River Cruise boats—traveling from Disney Springs to Disney Resort hotels—are available for Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel and Guests visiting a Disney Resort hotel with a valid dining or experience reservation.
- Guests may be asked to show a valid Disney Resort hotel room key, dining reservation or experience reservation to board.
- Guests with a dining or experience reservation may board The Sassagoula River Cruise from Disney Springs up to 2 hours before their reservation time.
The Sassagoula River Cruise travels between the Disney Springs Marketplace dock and these locations:
- Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort
- Disney’s Old Key West Resort
- Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
- Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter

Ridesharing
Guests visiting Disney Springs via rideshare options can be dropped off and picked up at the Marketplace Loop near Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories or at the West Side Bus and Rideshare Loop adjacent to the Strawberry parking lot. Walking
Guests staying at select Resort-area hotels may be able to walk to Disney Springs! Simply use the pedestrian footbridges that connect Hotel Plaza Boulevard with the Marketplace at Disney Springs for easy access.Parking at Disney Springs

Free Self-Parking
Self-parking is complimentary in all surface lots and garages, providing direct access to Disney Springs.Car Locator
Car Locator is a complimentary feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app. It uses Location Services to find and save your parking details at select Walt Disney World Resort parking locations, including Disney Springs. Parking for Guests with Disabilities
Designated parking for Guests with disabilities is available in all parking lots and garages. A valid disability parking permit is required.
Wheelchairs and ECVs as well as single and double strollers are available to rent for one day or the entire length of your stay. They’re located at the Sundries rental location next to the Disney Springs Town Center bus loop (near Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill) and the mobility window located at the Disney Springs Welcome Center. Daily rentals are transferable between all locations—pay just once for the entire day.
