Getting to Disney Springs
From I-4, take Exit 67 toward Epcot/Disney Springs. Then follow the signs directing you to merge onto East Buena Vista Drive.
Relax and enjoy the ride. We highly recommend using the easy-to-use and convenient Walt Disney World complimentary bus transportation.
• One-way bus service from the 4 Disney theme parks operates daily from 4:00 PM until 11:00 PM or 2 hours after theme parks close, whichever is earlier.
Cruise on over! Our promenade is accessible by complimentary water transportation, departing from the following Walt Disney World Resorts: Disney’s Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort-Riverside, Disney’s Old Key West Resort and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Arrival docks are located at the Marketplace and The Landing neighborhoods.
Self-parking at most lots and both parking garages is complimentary!
Preferred parking is available for $10 in the Lemon and Mango parking lots. A Cast Member will be present to accept payment.
Valet parking is available, at a flat rate of $20. Payment will be collected at time of pickup, and gratuity is not included in the cost.
- • Directions via I-4 Westbound: from downtown Orlando, take the Disney Springs exit. Head to “surface parking” and follow signs to “valet parking.”
- • Directions via I-4 Eastbound: from Buena Vista Drive, you can access valet from the Disney Springs entrance across from Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. Once at the entrance, take your first right hand turn and follow signs to “valet parking.”
Parking for Guests with Disabilities
Designated parking spaces for Guests with disabilities are available in both the Orange and Lime Garages, as well as in the Strawberry, Watermelon and Grapefruit surface parking lots. A valid disability parking permit is required. Wheelchair, ECV and stroller rentals are available at the nearby Sundries location next to the Town Center bus loop.
Tip: When planning your visit to and from Disney Springs, please allow at least 60 minutes of travel time for arrival to your destination. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on a festive event, show or reservation!
